XACTIMATE TRAINING COURSE: $239.00

 The National Institute of Adjusting offers an informative 2 day Xactimate Training course (#27037).  Knowing the essentials of this estimating program and criteria are vital to your effectiveness and efficiency as a claims adjuster.  This course will give you the insight and education required to become an effective user of Xactimate 27 and Sketch. Classroom hours are Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Topics covered within our course include:

  • Administrative Setup (Company Headers, Model Opening Statements)
  • Organizing Your Estimate
  • Dimensioning Rooms (Length, Width, Height, Offsets)
  • Common Repair Operations (Wind/Hail, Fire and Water Losses)
  • Building Macros

This course requires that you bring your own laptop.  It is recommended that you also bring a mouse for this class.  Having a mouse will enable you to navigate much easier when we perform the sketch creations of both rooms and roofs during our course.  System requirements for Xactimate 27 include:

  • Xactimate 27 works with Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista and Windows 7
  • Xactimate 27 requires at least a single core processor of 1.5 GHz processor
  • Your computer needs at least 5 Gigs of free hard drive space available; A 5400 RPM drive is required.
  • Your computer should have at least 1 GB of RAM
