If for some reason you desire a refund prior to your first scheduled class, please notify National institute of Adjusting by phone or email. You may cancel your registration up to 48 hours before the first day of your first class. The full tuition will be refunded minus a $50.00 processing fee.

If a refund request is received less than 48 hours before the first day of your first class, we will provide you with partial refund of the other two classes on a prorated basis. You will receive class credit for the first class at the full individual price of that class and that tuition will be applied to a future class of your choice. A refund will be issued from the remaining balance.

If a refund request is received after a class or classes have been taken, we will provide you with a partial refund of the remaining class or classes not taken on a prorated basis. The class or classes taken will be charged at their respective individual prices and a refund will be issued from the remaining balance.
